EXECUTIVE ASSISTANT
General Purpose
To provide an efficient and responsive administrative, organizational, and logistical service to the Chief Executive Officer, helping him to manage and prioritize his time.
Job Description
- Coordinate, maintain and update schedule of CEO engagements, appointments, meetings and travel & accommodation arrangements.
- Prepare agenda and collect materials for meetings, speeches, take minutes and keeps record of proceedings.
- Assist the CEO in day-to-day activities and facilitate the efficiency, order and harmony of the office of the CEO.
- Serve as the point of contact for all internal and external departments and individuals.
- Organize and maintain all soft and hard correspondence received and originated from the office of CEO and facilitate reference and retrieval.
- Organize, coordinate and ensure all logistic support needed for other in-house /outside organization events, conferences, seminars, workshops, training courses and other meetings.
- Keep and maintain an accurate record of papers and electronic correspondence on behalf of the CEO.
- Bills, travel arrangements (visa, tickets & hotel reservation).
- Perform other related duties as required.
Skill Set Required:
- Punctual and regular, Stress tolerance, Listening skills, communication
skills - verbal and written, Time management, Hard worker and honest, Excellent computer skills and good typing speed.

RECEPTIONIST
General Purpose
She will manage the telephone exchange efficiently. She will also undertake certain assignments related to office administration support.
Job Description
- Core responsibilities include incoming/ outgoing call management.
- Receive & Dispatch mails and forward it to the concerned person.
- Deal with guests and walk in customers.
- Arrange/ deliver stationary & printing, maintain stock register.
- Travel arrangements & hotel reservation.
- Support for in-house /outside organization events, conferences, seminars, workshops, training courses and other meetings.
- Maintain door access attendance/time recording system..
- Perform other related duties as required.
Skill Set Required:
- Punctual and regular, Excellent communication skills, Hard worker
and honest, Computer literacy.

DRIVER
General Purpose
The position will provide reliable and safe driving services, sense of responsibility, excellent knowledge of protocol and security issues.
Job Description
- Drive all type of manual/automatic vehicles carefully and defensively.
- Follow traffic rules and regulations.
- Ensure proper day to day maintenance of the assigned vehicle through timely minor repairs, arrangements for major repairs, timely changes of oil, check of tires, brakes, car washing, water, battery etc.
- Make sure that vehicle has proper tools in case of roadside problem.
- Assist in other office-related tasks, as and when required.
Skill Set Required:
- Holds valid driving license, Knowledge of driving rules and regulations, Punctual and regular, Hard worker and honest.
